Where Ne Ste Al services are provided to a hospital, health system, or other organization for use by its staff, the commercial terms — pricing, activation and evaluation periods, data handling, cancellation, and renewal — are governed by a separate written pilot or service agreement executed between Ne Ste Al and that organization. These Terms of Service continue to govern general use of the Website itself, but do not override any conflicting term in a signed hospital agreement, which controls for that relationship.

  • Refunds are available if a session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
