Who we serve
Built for Hospitals That Can’t Afford to Keep Losing Their Best Nurses

We work with hospitals and health systems where nurse burnout and turnover are no longer “HR issues” — they’re strategic risks.
- Our focus is narrow and deliberate:
- Bedside nurses under constant pressure
- Nursing leadership trying to hold teams together
- Executives accountable for quality, safety, and staffing costs
Ne Ste Al sits at the intersection of all three — helping hospitals keep the people their entire system depends on.
Our Mission
Our Mission
To give hospitals a practical way to keep their best nurses — by restoring the confidence, calm, motivation, and boundaries, burnout quietly erodes.
Not as another wellness program nurses don’t use, but as a 60‑second, in‑workflow Frequency Therapy check‑in they actually do.
Our Vision
Our Vision
We envision a healthcare system where “managing” burnout isn’t good enough. Where nurses don’t have to choose between their own well‑being and staffing realities.
Where measurable relief starts inside the first 90 days of a retention program — not years into a culture overhaul — and where protecting nursing teams is treated as core infrastructure, not a side initiative.

The Problem We Couldn’t Solve in the Boardroom

Gaple and Petri spent years building and running a marketing and sales company with an annual turnover of £25 million and a team of 70 employees.
The company’s biggest daily struggle wasn’t attracting talent or paying people well. It was keeping the sales team “motivated”.
These were some of the highest-paid employees in the company, the industry, and the country. Yet almost every Monday, capable people arrived ready to throw in the towel and quit.
We kept asking: Why?
We didn’t solve it while running the company.
After the business was acquired, we spent the next ten years investigating what causes burnout and demotivation—and, more importantly, what can help people shift out of those states.
That work led to Frequency Therapy —an approach we have been developing and applying for more than five years with people seeking support for challenges including physical discomfort, demotivation, burnout, personal changes and mental-health-related difficulties.
Today, Ne Ste Al brings that experience to hospitals, with a 60-second, in-workflow approach designed to help protect nurses from burnout before disengagement becomes turnover.
Happiness cannot be pursued; it must ensue.
What is Frequency Therapy

Frequency Therapy is a wellness solution that does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychiatric condition. It is designed to complement — not replace — existing clinical care and support programs.

Why Hospitals Choose Ne Ste Al
We Work at the State Level, Not Just the Story Level
Level of work
We Work at the State Level, Not Just the Story Level
Most programs try to change what nurses think about their work. Frequency Therapy is designed to change how their work feels in their body and nervous system.
When nurses can reliably access confidence, calm, and healthy boundaries during a shift, better decisions and longer careers follow naturally.
In‑workflow design
Designed for the Realities of a 12‑Hour Shift
Ne Ste Al’s 60‑second check‑ins happen where nurses already are — on shift, in their existing workflow.
- No phone calls to make
- No extra apps to remember
- No time blocked out of patient care
If it adds friction, it doesn’t ship.
Complementary
We Complement, Not Compete With, Existing Supports
Ne Ste Al doesn’t replace EAPs, therapy, or any form of clinical care. It sits beside them.
By shifting the underlying state burnout is built on, Frequency Therapy is designed to make your existing supports more accessible and more effective — for the nurses who might never reach them otherwise.

The People Behind Ne Ste Al

Gaple Sideal
CEO
Gaple spent years building and running a marketing and sales company with an annual turnover of £25 million and a team of 70 employees. The experience revealed a problem that salary, incentives, and conventional management could not solve: highly capable sales professionals were becoming demotivated and reaching the point of wanting to quit. That question became the starting point for a decade of research into burnout, motivation, and sustainable performance.

Petri Maatta
COO, Partner Manager
Petri built a global SEO career that became award-winning and internationally recognised. Working across competitive markets and high-performance environments, Petri saw how professional success could coexist with exhaustion, pressure, and declining motivation. Together with Gaple, Petri helped develop Frequency Therapy and Ne Ste Al’s practical approach to supporting the people hospitals depend on most.
