It helps to start with a distinction.

“Subconscious mind reprogramming” is the name Ne Ste Al uses for its intention-based remote approach to a selected belief, habit or emotional pattern. It is not hypnosis, hypnotherapy or a form of clinical treatment.

Our process combines information you provide, instructions and a short video, separate practitioner-led remote work, and email follow-up. The practitioner’s work is described as intention-based and uses what Ne Ste Al calls scalar-wave technology. The proposed mechanism is not scientifically established.nesteal

This guide explains what those elements involve, why they are included in the service and what you should understand before deciding whether to participate.

Why we start with one concern

People often arrive with several things they would like to change.

You might want to feel more comfortable saying no, worry less about another person’s reaction or stop agreeing to requests you later regret. Those concerns can overlap, but describing one situation gives your session a clearer focus.

That is why each Ne Ste Al programme is organised around a particular concern. Its name tells you the intended focus, not what the outcome will be.

You do not need to identify the hidden cause of your experience. Start by describing what happens and what you would like to be different.

Our guide on why you repeat habits you want to change explains how to observe a recurring pattern without assuming that every difficulty has the same cause.

The main elements of our approach

You do not need to memorise special terminology before participating. You should, however, understand what you are buying and what each stage requires.

Your description and initial rating

Before the session, you describe your concern in your own words, submit the requested photo and rate the associated feeling from 1 to 10. A score of 10 represents the strongest intensity.nesteal

Your description identifies the focus of your request. Your rating provides a personal reference point for the follow-up.

For example:

When someone asks for help, I feel guilty about saying no, even when I do not have time.

That is more specific than “I want to improve my life.”

The questions are not a clinical assessment. A practitioner reviewing your description does not mean you have received a diagnosis.

Instructions and video participation

You receive a document by email explaining what to expect and what to do, together with access to an approximately 15-minute video.

Read the instructions before watching. You can complete your viewing at a convenient time without joining a live call or coordinating with the practitioner.nesteal

The video is part of the participation process. Its duration does not establish how quickly you will notice a difference, and it should not be treated as evidence that 15 minutes is an optimal duration for changing a belief or habit.

Our guide on how long a mind reprogramming session takes explains the time required for preparation and follow-up separately.

Intention-based remote practitioner work

The practitioner receives your request, reviews the information you submitted and carries out the remote process associated with your programme.

Ne Ste Al describes this as an intention-based approach using scalar-wave technology, intended to address subconscious beliefs and patterns. You do not need to watch the video while that work happens.nesteal

Here, “intention-based” describes how Ne Ste Al characterises its method. It does not establish that a practitioner’s intention can remotely change another person’s subconscious.

The proposed scalar-wave mechanism is not scientifically established. We therefore should not describe the process as proven brain programming, a neurological reset or a validated way to alter emotional responses.

Follow-up using the same reference point

Approximately 48 hours after the practitioner completes their work, you receive an email asking how you feel. You rate the same feeling again using the same scale.nesteal

This is an opportunity to report your experience, including no change, uncertainty or a stronger feeling.

A lower rating does not, by itself, show what caused the difference. It also does not establish that a change will last.

Our guide on mind reprogramming and lasting change explains how to distinguish an early impression from a response you have observed over time.

Why we use a remote format

The format reflects what the founders wanted to build: a service that does not require another course, travel or a weekly appointment.

Ne Ste Al’s founders describe their interest as beginning with questions about motivation and personal change during their business careers. That background informed the service’s focus on a particular concern and a manageable participation process. You can read their account on our About Ne Ste Al page.nesteal

Convenience is a delivery feature. It does not establish effectiveness or make the service appropriate for everyone.

Because there is no live appointment, the practitioner is not responding to you in real time while you participate.

Why we do not describe this as hypnotherapy

Ne Ste Al does not use hypnosis or hypnotherapy.

It would therefore be misleading to borrow a list of hypnotherapy techniques and present them as an explanation of our sessions. We have not established that Ne Ste Al programmes deliver CBT, NLP, clinical exposure therapy or another recognised psychological treatment.

Similar goals do not make different approaches equivalent. A person may seek help with confidence from several services, but evidence for one service or technique does not automatically support another.

For a broader discussion, read what mind reprogramming can and cannot do.

What if you do not notice a difference?

Report that honestly.

You do not need to assume that something is changing “beneath the surface” simply because you cannot observe a result. Nor should you conclude that you participated incorrectly or need additional programmes.

If you are considering several options, our guide on using multiple mind reprogramming sessions explains why recognising several concerns does not establish that you need several purchases.

For concerns requiring clinical assessment or treatment, seek qualified professional support.

Explore support for difficulty saying no

If you regularly agree to requests against your wishes, that specific situation can be a useful starting point.

Explore the offers in the Ne Ste Al sessions shop. Compare its stated focus with your concern before deciding whether it fits.

Ne Ste Al offers approximately 15-minute remote video participation arranged by email, with pre-session questions completed separately. A practitioner carries out the remote work independently, and email follow-up records your reported experience.nesteal

Review the programme’s process, price and refund terms before booking. Begin with understanding the process, without needing to commit to a sequence of sessions.

Optional complementary wellness support, not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care or crisis services.
